HOW I WORK
I design, refine and coordinate travel experiences in Hokkaido for travel agencies, tour operators and private clients.
Some agencies come with a defined itinerary that needs local review, adjustment and on-the-ground validation. Others require a more complete design process, from the initial concept to a realistic, well-structured program. In both cases, I focus on timing, seasonality, logistics, local conditions and the small operational details that can make or break a trip.
With private travelers, I offer a flexible approach, either improving an existing plan or creating a tailored experience from scratch. My priority is always the same: clear communication, realistic planning and reliable execution on the ground.
